All EXIM vendors, current policyholders and guaranteed lenders with existing transactions, and companies applying for a NEW application are now required to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and registration through the SAM.gov website. To apply, please visit SAM.gov and register for an account. The process to obtain a UEI # and a SAM.gov registration is entirely FREE.
